Episode 3 | Self-sabotage and how it relates to this podcast!

Welcome to episode 3!

I share a personal story about how I resisted creating a podcast for three years, the reason for the resistance, and how I overcame it.

How understanding the role of the subconscious mind is helpful to overcoming personal thresholds and limits, and helps us move beyond the resistance.

How this understanding allows us to recognize the patterns and conditions we experience.

Thresholds and limitations show up as self-sabotage.

Episode 6 | How Our Comfort Zones Limit Us

Welcome to episode 6!

With the help of a recent painting from my “Freedom Series”, titled The Illusion of Comfort, I discuss the concept of comfort zones and our desire to stay within them.

How our personal and collective expansion and growth call for the exit of these comfort zones, through inner feelings and longings that most of us experience.

Feeling constrictions and experiencing difficulties in life often indicate us over-staying in our comfort zones.

How resisting the idea of getting out of our comfort zones is like resisting the very nature of life.

Is it perhaps time to begin seeing the comfort zone from a different perspective, and to get comfortable with being uncomfortable?
